Penis Enlargement by Dermal Fat Grafts

A dermal fat graft is essentially a layer of the skin along with the fat that lies beneath it. Dermal fat grafts have a higher percentage of chances of survival in the new environment as compared to the fat injections and hence they are highly preferred as well. The dermal grafts are placed around the penis in a manner that would help to resemble a normal penis and hence they can be effectively used to add to the fatness of the penis without compromising on the shape or the structure. Once you have placed the dermal fat grafts and they have settled properly in the penile region it will prevent the penis from shrinking into the small flaccid state and hence you can be sure that the state of your penis is big and fine.

When a tissue is cut off from its original blood supply and is transferred over to another region it is known as a graft. When these grafts are carried over to a new region they start using the supply of the new region to nourish themselves and hence increase the mass at that place. For the purposes of penis enlargement, injected fat has been used for several years but due to the problems of deformation of the penis there have been concerns and hence there has been a shift over to the dermal fat grafts.

One of the most common dermal fat graft methods involves a trademarked product called Alloderm. This is actually the skin from cadavers (yes, those cadavers). If this sounds awful or frightening, then we're on the same page. There are numerous penis enlargement methods available that do not require sewing the skin of dead people to your penis, and we recommend at least try them before attempting something of this kind. This is a major surgery, and while it will certainly work to increase the size of your penis, there are potential complications, including infection and deformity. Furthermore, post-operation, the doctors make you wear a penis enlarger anyway, which is further proof of the efficacy of such devices.
