Penis Extenders

A penis extender is a medical device that was created for the purpose of lengthening the penis by stretching its soft tissues, or for correcting penile curvature over time, as with Peyronie's disease and other conditions of that kind. They are known by a variety of names on the internet because various companies are trying to market them, so you could hear of clinical sounding things like penile enlargement devices while some are marketed by comical and facetious name like dick stretcher.

There's nothing particularly mystical about penis extenders. They consist generally of a few pieces of plastic or silicone connected by metal "pistons" that have springs inside of them. The design and structure is pretty similar from brand to brand. Many companies have doctors that back the devices, some have clinical studies that are described on their websites, yet others offer free use of their devices to those who will participate in ongoing studies of their effectiveness.

Since they are all similarly built, the things to look for in terms of variation in quality are more along the lines of the comfort you feel when wearing the device, the tension of the device (affecting how rapidly it will affect growth), and the warranty that the company offers. This last one is a pretty good indicator of the faith a company has that their product is effective at what they claim it is going to do.
