Sperm Quality

There are many ways that people can improve their sperm quality and sperm count. Lifestyle, exercise and food choice makes a lot of difference in this regard.

Vegetables and fruits can can go a long way to boost sperm quality, some good choices include ginseng, citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits, and limes, green tea, onions, and garlic, chocolate too.

Along with eating healthy food people should also make sure that they do not wear tight underwear--it sounds funny but restrictive underwear has a documented bad effect on sperm quality. Smoking also affects the quality and quantity of the sperm, to say nothing of the various other health problems that are connected with smoking. Sperm quality of smokers is low compared to that of similarly healthy people do not smoke.  Fortunately, if you stop smoking your sperm quality will return to its optimal given enough time.
