Vivaxa, like VigRx, comes with a money-back guarantee.  However, it doesn't make any claims about providing real male enhancement so much as it is an ejaculation delaying product.  There are no claims about penis enlargement or even male health on the Vivaxa page, and the primary focus seems to be the fact that this local anaesthetic is rapidly absorbed and so does not dull the sensation of your sexual partner.
